Overlooking Dunedin with magnificent panoramic views, our bed and breakfast homestay accommodation is in a quiet, relaxed setting, just 5 minutes by car from Dunedin city centre (the Octagon). Our accommodation is also located on-route to the Peninsula Eco-Attractions of the Albatross Colony, the Penguin & Seal Colonies, and Larnach Castle. We offer a nice, clean room with a comfortable, warm, queen-size bed and a private bathroom. Also available is a second adjacent twin-single bedroom with two single beds, they share the private bathroom. Only one party of guests are booked at a time for both rooms. The double room rate (2 people) is NZ$150 including breakfast, wifi and all taxes. The twin-single room rate (2 people) is NZ$150 including breakfast, wifi and all taxes. The double room rate (1 person) is NZ$120 a night including breakfast, wifi and all taxes. The double room and twin-single room (3-4 people) booked together is NZ$260 including breakfast, wifi and all taxes. As mentioned, only one party of guests are booked at a time for both rooms. Our sun deck overlooks the city and harbour, the view is especially breathtaking at night.
